Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, which includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Shipping times will vary depending on your location:
- United States:10-14 business days
- New Zealand: 10-14 business days
- Australia: 10-14 business days
These are estimated shipping times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to New Zealand and Australia. we also offer shipping to the US, however depending on where you are could cost you.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update.
- You can track your order via the link provided in your email or on our website’s tracking page.
VAT / Import Fees
- Customs & Import Fees: We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
- By purchasing from our store, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when arriving in your country.

- Incorrect Shipping Information: We are not liable for any losses or delays if the wrong shipping address is provided by the customer during checkout. Please double-check your information before finalizing your purchase.
- Our Error: If we make an error in processing your order (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover all costs to correct the order and reship at no charge to you.
- Suspicion of Fraud: Orders flagged for fraud suspicion may be delayed or canceled after further review.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated shipping times, please be aware that delays may occur due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in locating it and, if necessary, send a replacement. However, we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local postal service. If the issue persists, contact us. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
Changes or Cancellations
- Order Modifications: Changes (e.g., address updates, item changes) can only be made if your order has not been processed yet. Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns and Refunds
Eligibility:
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, gift cards, and downloadable software products are not eligible for return.
Returns Process:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
